From the first time I walked in to get a B&W hitch, I was at home thinking this small little spot Inpass by every day is a secret truck superstore that wasn’t really a secret. Phillip mentioned they do pretty much everything that deals with truck accessories and I wanted more. Came back for a set of Putco tailgate strip lights and had them installed. Once an issue was found it was taken care of almost immediately. I’ll be back. Highly recommend.

I had a previous swing toolbox that I had install in a truck I sold and had it reinstalled on a new truck purchase. I was not sure it would fix but brought it into shop and it was confirmed that it should fit into the new vehicle. Customer service was superb in helping with install. Jim at the Lilburn location was great, I’ve been dealing with him for several years and never had a complaint he wasn’t able to make right. Had accessories installed on my 2025 Ford Maverick at LEER, including a RealTruck hard tonneau cover, Westin fog lights, and RealTruck running boards. Luis was extremely professional and very helpful in choosing the right accessories for my truck. The installation was clean, precise, and looks factory-installed. Highly recommend LEER for quality work and great service.

They saved me a lot of money and were very friendly and helpful. Because of unforeseen emergency circumstances in their shop, they were unable to get our truck done on the day it was dropped off, but they made it right and the next day made arrangements to pick up the truck and drop it off. We will be returning for more services and highly recommend their company.

Thank you guys for getting me in to install my tonneau cover on such short notice. It looks great and I’m looking forward to doing business again in the future :)

Outstanding experience at the Leer Shop in Jonesboro, GA. Erin J provided my quote and took my deposit on December 19, 2025 for a tow hitch package installation on my Nissan Titan. She was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and applied a military discount on top of an already competitive price. The installation was completed on January 2, 2026—earlier availability than expected given the post-Christmas and New Year holiday season—and the work was done flawlessly. My truck was brought in before my appointment time, the technicians were clearly experienced professionals, and the waiting area was comfortable with a calm, welcoming atmosphere. The installation met my expectations and was completed quickly. Erin and the team here are truly all-stars and an asset to the company. Top-notch service from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend this location without hesitation.

I purchased new step bars for my truck. The sales team were professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the products. When my order came in they promptly call me and scheduled my installation. They were fast on the install too. I will definitely shop there again.

Excellent workmanship! Had retractable top installed on ‘23 RAM Laramie. Great product! Easy open and close. Finished work in just over one hour.

Phenomenal experience with H&H in Gadsden. Roger and Brandon went above and beyond to take care of me. I had them order an item for me but the delivery date kept being pushed back by the manufacturer. They located me a similar item (different brand and higher end/level product) at one of their other stores, personally ensured it was delivered to Gadsden, and charged me the same price as the original item I purchased. They made a life-long customer out of me; I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Holy Cow they were awesome. I arrived early for my appt, planning to do some work at lunch up the street. They evidently finished the job ahead of me and got my tiruck back in the bay immediately. It was done before I finished lunch!?! Awesome! Highly recommend these guys!

They took the time to explain what the liner would look and feel like before any work was done I received the history of the Patriot product , warranty and the support for our veterans. The technician walked me through his work prior to me taking my keys. Very efficient and exceeded expectations at a fair price

Took my Raptor in for them to install my new Fox shocks front and back and they had it done same day. Even called to let me know my CV Axle needed to be replaced and helped me source one. I’m not from Pensacola, so trying to find a place that actually knows what they’re doing is hard. And I’m so glad to have found them!
